Attorney, mediator and NAMI volunteer. My advocacy echoes the TRUTH that our allegiance is to the US Constitution and NOT any president.
Ironically this was started under the 1st Trump Administration and now ended under the 2nd, Administration. Why? Because Trump won his recent election by waging war on a very vulnerable minority of our youth.

Once again , DON’T LISTEN TO DESANTIS!! In a criminal context, HB 1 does not create blanket immunity for drivers who injure protesters. Florida criminal law still requires that use of force is justified only when it meets the legal standard for self-defense."
Demonstrations against President Donald Trump are expected across the U.S. on Saturday as part of the "No Kings" movement.

The FL Board of Governor’s rejection of Dr. Ono for president isn’t just about one person — it’s about the increasing politicization of our universities and the erosion of academic freedom- truth, inquiry, and diverse and independent thought.

As an attorney I respect Danielle Sassoon’s decision to resign. By way of her former position as US Attorney she was charged with ensuring “that the laws be faithfully executed” and enforced. Trump interfered and revoked her duty. We have to stand up!

Trump escapes accountability once again…and DOJ has enabled him.
No one is above the law in our country, unless you happen to be a twice impeached, adjudicated rapist, business fraud, felon who tried to overturn the results of a legitimate presidential election via violent coup.

In that case, yes — you are in fact, above the law.

Matt Gaetz withdrew Thursday as Trump’s attorney general pick amid an expanding federal sex trafficking investigation.

150 billionaire families spent $1.9B on the 2024 election through October.

It's a huge amount of money — but it represents just 0.07% of their overall wealth.

It essentially costs them nothing to drown our democracy in cash.

We must get big money out of our politics.
