When you see what what the BBC is doing for Children In Need tonight the mindset of the grasping, venal Donald Trump is set into a stark context. I watched live as POTUS incited violence on Jan 6th 2020. The BBC made an editorial mistake but the essence of what Trump was doing was not exaggerated.

When you are arresting people in their middle years and over 500 of them in one sitting you have to question the wisdom of your policy. If the policy is right then you have to carry hearts and minds. It is sad that our government seems incapable of doing so. www.bbc.com/news/article...

@yvettecooper-mp.bsky.social risks losing all credibility over Palestine Action. She says it is not non-violent and she may well be correct since we don’t have all her data. But given the scenes in Westminster today it is essential that the government communicates the reality she asserts.

@bbcnewsnight.bsky.social why does the BBC keep referring to Reform UK as a political party? Call it what it is - a company with Farage and Tice as directors. In the interests of impartiality the true nature of Reform needs to be called out day after day.

Here we go! We are going to reform everything….. but er…..don’t hold us to any timescales and don’t ask us what we will do. In the meantime we will cancel essential council meetings so government effectively is on hold until we deem it necessary. Life under Reform.

The polls are loud and clear!

66% of Britons support Britain having a closer relationship with the EU, with merely 12% in opposition to it.

You wouldn't know it if you listened to the mainstream media's coverage of the #Brexit reset deal!

Sam Coates blames Johnson for the UK EU deal, rightly, but forgets Farage's part in it.

Call out Farage for his main role in the Brexit nonsense.

Quite right too. If you voted Brexit you got what you wanted.
No blame linked to Sir Keir Starmer here. All enmity should go to Brexiters Johnson, Farage and Co. They fcuked this country big time !!

Listening to the ignorant and puerile comments of JD Vance is so depressing. Article 5 invoked once in NATO history, ironically to defend the USA. And of course they cut and ran in the end, leaving Afghans to a terrible fate. The ingratitude of the ingrate.
