Nieuwe aanvragen of verlengingen voor meerzorg, een extra toeslag voor intensieve zorg, worden sinds vorig jaar in sommige regios veel strenger beoordeeld. Het verschil loopt op tot ruim 100.000 euro minder zorggeld per jaar.
