Can't we refer to him as Freeloader Farage? Some people might think "jobs" implies he's working - not just taking bungs to spout paymasters' polemic.

Easier than that. Google 'earnest money' - that's how things work in US.
Never heard of "testing the market" as a real estate option until coming to Eng

Is there a list of businesses who advertise on that channel? Happy to boycott any and all.

(But not happy to watch it to see who advertises)

Thanks - followed the link... No doubt pops Jenrick had moved on from his first accounting job at AEI before the signifiant SCANDAL in the merger, but wondering if pops learned creative accounting to pass on?

How many of those paid subscribers are 'content creators' just looking for a laugh or headline?

Also wondering in a very half-arsed way if you can set the Jesus avatar to something more african/middle eastern?

No doubt this will be generating a lot of clicks and discussion, especially in degrowth circles. But main reason for posting: 1) Planning decisions at not simple and 2) the article is data/method lite 4/n

I'm not a build baby build person. There are some serious discussions needed - the rush to data centres horrifies me. But for me there is a strong social justice case for housing a population and providing infrastructure. 3/n

HS2 currently large scar ( Google earth shocker) but post construction it will be a rail line running through (or under) green spaces. That 'green to grey' project also had some shocking images 2/n

Oh boy - Headline grabber
Would be nice to get more detail. That dot map of high weald so misleading. I strongly suspect many of those apps/competitions are eg conversions and other planning classes with no loss of land 1/n
