Played there reds. Kerkez best game imo. Isak goal and minutes. Wirtz decent for 50 minutes. Gomez steady. All on Slot that win, cos it's solely his fault when we lose right....... 🙃

I think it’s because there’s the underlying & undeniable aspect of Jota in all of this. Not many managers have had to deal with something so utterly tragic. So, I can’t go Slot Out, & I probably won’t ever, I think, unless it looks like it’s making him suffer, & it would be a kindness.

I’m in a really weird place with Slot, right now. Really weird. I don’t like much of what I see from us in terms of tactics, or style of play, or even how he sidelines players despite others being horrendous.
Yet, I don’t want him to go. Usually, things like that turn me, but not here. Not now.

It’s not the system, therefore it’s not the Coach. It’s not the lack of quality, therefore it’s not the squad. It’s the mentality, and some of this team have precedent for dropping off post championship. The squad need time to reset post trauma/success, and there’s no short cuts. #lfc #ynwa

Reality is. Kerkez, Frimpong, Isak, Leoni and Wirtz hit the ground running and the seasons a totally different story. Can't imagine trying to integrate into a new city and club in mourning. It's an impossible ask.

Liverpool let Fabinho, Mane and Firmino go at exactly the right time. Giving Salah a contract extension went against rational and brutal decisions that have proved correct over the last few years.

Konate shouldn't play again unless he commits-Which he won't. Club need to stop this bullshit. 1 year left, sign or get sold. If no sale train away from 1st team. Szobo be next if club doesn't set a precedent

Biggest issue at L4 is Konate. Should of sold him this last summer. We've now got another trent situation on our hands, and that's not good for a dressing room. Hindsight a wonderful thing but should've developed Quansah. Konate is not 100% committed, so impossible to get 100%.
