Over $630K in Cooling Corridors grants will plant hundreds of new trees in Environmental Justice Communities, identified hotspots, and along walking routes to schools, parks, and community centers across the state.

In 2023, we awarded the Town of Acton $1.5M in MVP funding to protect 57 acres and incorporate 2 wells into the municipal water supply.

This week, we celebrated the opening of the Water Supply and Open Space Preservation Project, which has made the town more resilient for the future.

From Springfield to Everett, Massachusetts Gateway Cities are growing greener! The Healey-Driscoll Administration has awarded over $559,000 in Greening the Gateway Cities grants to plant trees, remove asphalt, and expand green urban spaces across the state.
