Well, I’m happy to say we have employed an excellent teacher! All four candidates were really good! What a lovely day.
Very excited for our maths interviews today. We had a really good field and have narrowed it down to 4 excellent candidates (on paper). I love interview day!

This is definitely true. Sometimes a change of scene (polite way of saying leadership/colleagues) is all you need.

This is misleading: “A complaint could go to a governing body or trustees if a parent is unhappy with the school’s response.” Should say “if a parent believes the correct process has not been followed”
