Logically, no so probably yes. Also, Ross hit the wall with his fist when he confronted Joel and then Joel later hit the wall before he hit Vicki, so somehow Ross will be arrested. Just a guess.

I'm sorry to hear that. My complaint with this story is that they've spent so much more time on what Joel thinks and says than anyone else. This story should be centered on Vicki, not the villainous boy band wannabe.
