Since my diagnosis I have gradually been giving myself permission to say no and not feel guilty, to ask for adjustments and accommodations where I need them and to be kinder to myself when I burn out. It’s a difficult process but I can see the benefits in the long term.

Today I got woken for naked cuddles, opened presents, got taken out for a lovely birthday breakfast, got some treats and now I’m chilling on sofa with my doggy while my husband has a nap before we have a chinese takeaway later.

I don’t trust AI. They are inherently flawed and biased because they are trained with human behaviour, flaws and biases.
Also, they are factually wrong a worrying percentage of the time - at least in my field (which is healthcare btw).

I have come to the conclusion that politicians hate neurodiverse people. Many with ASD have a strong and well developed sense of justice, and we won’t vote for politicians who want to extract every last drop of wealth from the vulnerable & give it to themselves and their mates. BECAUSE IT IS WRONG.
