I really do think that it's either people who are too afraid of themselves, which I understand, or people with something to gain from no violence ever who always say that kind of thing

Violence is not a inherently evil thing. It's something every human is capable of, it's aggression we have because we are animals, and there are ways to let it out consensually with people who need to satisfy the same pulsions. Such is life that we all have needs, and kinks, and upsetting feelings.

I have lived my whole life in violence. Violence has been done upon me my entire life, against my will. Violence is something I understand, when gentler feelings are terrifying because I don't feel they should be directed at me.

I can talk this out in a session, therapy or BDSM, and be free

I want a world where I didn't get raped as a toddler and abused my entire life until I was kicked out of my home, but that's not the world we live in and so I crave violence. Kindly go fuck yourself. If you're going to try to preach to me again I will block you and be done with it.

Again, you're talking to someone you don't know about something you don't know anything about. There are violent people abound and ways people let violence out consensually, and my therapist knows. You may as well tell someone not to have sex again, for all that's worth.
