Well, that was a bloody nightmare. After ten days, Bluesky has finally retrieved this account and @retiredmascots.bsky.social! I have already set up a backup and will get in touch with anyone who has blocked me when I was compromised. Don’t trust anyone into crypto no matter how legit they may seem!

If you received a DM from this account saying "Hey! ☹️" (which I would never, ever do) or you got as far as receiving a reply about you being impersonated, that was not me.
I was hacked by a stealthy Filipino phishing team, and I should've known better when I was told it was a crypto thing.

The person will always approach with a simple "hey" and then proceed to tell you someone is impersonating you. They'll then try to get you onto discord.
From there they will "admit" that they got scammed by the impersonator and they accidentally reported you, thinking it was them (lmao)
