I understand that short form videos are what “works” in our new attention economy… how well do mid-length explanatory/criticism videos perform on youtube? I just don’t love the amount of nuance lost in 1-3 min reels/tik tok videos.

Buprenorphine is safer than most if not any opioid we prescribe but people still act like dosing it is some esoteric practice. There’s no shortage of resources we can use to figure how to dose a medication for the first time. We should use them when prescribing a new medication.
