Why? Many streets are still one lane or one and a half lane and a truck with a cute little metal broom on the side is cleaning the streets. Shoveling the melting ice off the street would make more sense.

Everyone needed a haircut today before going back to school tomorrow. I have been cutting my kids hair since 20 years now and I enjoy these moments with them. I always wonder how they would look if going to a real hair salon.

Just experienced the most intense tear gassing of my life by federal officers outside the ICE facility in Portland where marchers gathered. There was no fast exit as they indiscriminately threw loads of gas and flash bangs. Children were in the crowd screaming. @oregoncapitalchronicle.com

I am not angry that my kids have another snow day, I am angry that 99% of the homeowners clean their sidewalks, hire people to clean their sidewalks and the City isn’t able to clean their sidewalks, I am angry that that is the reason why my kids have another snow day.

Poor city school teachers have to take a sick/vacation/personal leave day if they can’t make it to school tomorrow. Idk it’s not really their fault if they can’t leave their house.

My neighbor is going crazy with his snow/ ice removal. He is trying to get rid off every bit of snow/ ice on his concrete driveway. Next step he will wipe everything down with a cotton cloth.
