Who does DOJ think they're fooling?

The 3 MILLION Epstein files they're holding back r obviously full of stuff that should be turned over eg internal comms among Trump cronies

We have the receipts & lay them out in our complaint to OIG. @axios.com has the exclusive

Missing records from Bondi and Patel draw scrutiny in Epstein release
The complaint calls it "deeply troubling" that no communications from Bondi or Patel appear in the ream of documents.

European countries are going to have to recognize the reality that over the next 3 years the US govt is going to operate like Russia - engaging in systematic efforts to tamper in their elections to elect far-right parties & candidates. It will be worse if Vance becomes president.

As I said on #WITHpod, the Administration is like a cartoon villain throwing thumbtacks in the road impeding renewable energy. Demand is up from AI, and they are artificially restricting supply and making clean energy functionally illegal to build. It's a crisis. podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/t...

JUST IN: A federal judge has barred ICE and DHS from using taxpayer information provided by the IRS.

Judge Talwani says that DHS' view that noncitizens lack 4th amendment rights — combined with ICE use of administrative warrants — is a recipe for abuse.

Got our annual whistleblower notification today.

Reminder: whistleblowing includes censorship of scientific research and a substantial, specific danger to public health and safety.

Anyway. Just flagging this in case anyone needs to report RFK Jr. 👀

They went through the trouble of severing DHS. Just shut down DHS if republicans don’t agree to your terms. Why extend it? I get that ICE is funded no matter what and won’t close down, but what was the point of severing DHS for leverage if you’re just gonna keep extending the funding?
If Dem senators vote to extend the DHS CR again, they are instantly going to lose a tremendous amount of support from their base who have been in wait-and-see mode on this. I can only assume Dem senators considering this have completely lost touch with their voters. Don’t do it.

No? Then how in the hell can you say Russia is winning?!

When you’re asked to explain lawless actions.

Every cabinet Secy is just making it up as they go along w/the sole goal of doing Trump’s will, leaving the next cabinet member to stumble around trying to make lawlessness make sense.
