It seems the political party formerly known as Republicans have made their decision about whether Nazis and white supremacists have a place in their party.

@matthewjdowd.bsky.social I heard you and @nicollewallace.bsky.social on Deadline White House today. I agree that the elected Dems have been behind the anger and fight of the people and that maybe they are starting to catch up with the actual battle of authoritarianism vs. democracy that we're in.
I feel like this Texas redistricting is what has finally gotten the Dems to wake up to the fact that this is not normal partisan politics, and it's the dismantling of our democracy. Maybe this is the issue that will trigger elected Dems to be as scared and as angry as the rest of us.
