if you feel it's messing you up, step away. don't assume it's messing everyone up and you need to eradicate it because you caught a case of the feel-bads from something. go sit with that and think about why instead of pissing in everyone else's cheerios.

As far as what to believe about yourself, you are the only authority on you. And I say that because I had docs gaslit tf out of me for the better part of 40 years. If something makes you uncomfortable, talk to other qualified, trusted peeps/providers. Explore it to figure out why it’s not jiving.

I finally got my autistic dx at 49 after giving birth to two very obviously autistic children. Reading the questionnaires I kept saying “but that’s normal. I did/do that”.

I’m not saying this is your experience too. But if bipolar treatment doesn’t help and you want to explore neurodivergence hmu❤️
