Starting a writing thread over here.

CW for anxiety and tinnitus: Does anyone have any tips for dealing with bad tinnitus at night when trying to go to sleep? I have a headband with headphones in it, but some nights that feels too restrictive, and I keep having panic attacks when trying to go to bed. 😭

So went to lunch with my nephew. We both got waffles. I was commenting on how I cut my waffles vs. how he does, because we cut them very differently. He said my version is autism, and his version is ADHD, and it’s so… true… 🤣 (we’re both auDHD).

Working interview seems to have gone well. I got almost all the work they gave me done. And with very little direction, given I have zero experience in wills and trusts law, and haven’t even worked in a law firm yet (I was corporate before).
