I run super cold, so I can only use a fan in the summer, unfortunately. ππ But I didnβt think about Alexa. I got my partner one for Christmas a couple years ago, but he never set it up. π

Iβve never tried melatonin, but maybe Iβll give that a try! Just have to check it against the meds I take. Thanks!

CW for anxiety and tinnitus: Does anyone have any tips for dealing with bad tinnitus at night when trying to go to sleep? I have a headband with headphones in it, but some nights that feels too restrictive, and I keep having panic attacks when trying to go to bed. π

Ooof I FEEL you on this. I was close to 40 when I realized I was going nowhere & decided to pursue a paralegal certificate. I felt ancient in the classes, & sometimes felt like βwhat the fuck am I doing, changing things up at this age.β Glad I did though & hoping you can find that βthingβ for you. π«
