#LateNightWrite really making me work for it. But once I remembered the name there is one song.

Loretta (FMC) has one goal: one more day. No matter the cost. To me the song is about begging for just a little bit more time. So it fits.

Hey #LateNightWrite I'm Melissa. I'm no good at talking about myself, but who is? I write, play games and collect cephalopod stuffies.

My current WIP is a post-apoc adventure with a mechanic FMC (and her companion ferret name Sparkplug) who breaks a few people with a giant wrench.

Even Bigfoot has grainy old photos that people use as proof. In this age of HD cameras everywhere you'd think they'd have at least one bit of footage to back their claims.

Then of course they don't feel the need for evidence cause people believe them anyway.

In many cases HOAs were formed to prevent PoC from moving to neighbourhoods.

While some are now just machines for petty complaints about grass length. They were (and I have no doubt, still are) ways for people to control who gets to live next to them.

Sadly I did know about it. Equally sadly there's not much I can do even as a Canadian since I'm not in that province.

They hate women and girls (trans and cis) so much it's astounding.

Well it took me 110 hours, but I finally got 100% completion in Silksong.

(The achievement at least, there's still other achievements I can chase if I feel like it)

Everything is irreversible. Such is the nature of linear time.

Even for medical procedures that can be 'reversed' you're going to have what medical science can give you. Not what you had before.

Canadian also; the wife deals with an incurable and (sadly) rapidly degenerative disease. We just got news (earlier this month) it's spreading.

Government *still* wants paperwork that she's not woken up one day and been magically cured.

It's so frustrating. My commiserations to you and Sheryl.
