The amount of mean comments I get on my YouTube videos is concerning. Like, what are these people even mad about?
It’s more than a bit disturbing that if you get big enough online (by which I mean like over 1,000 followers), there’s almost certainly at least one person who hates your guts who’s never interacted with you at all.

Oh gods, AI is most definitely NOT punk rock ... One of the core tenets of punk is being anticapitalist... AI is the most capitalist thing in existence today (replace "expensive" workforce with something cheap/free, collect all profit). Wtf are people smoking?!

I mean, one only has to see the difference between the forest scenes in The Last of Us and The Last of Us Part 2 to see that games are an evolving and improving art form.
I am not signing up to read the article, but I kinda wonder why we still have to convince anybody that games are art. Do we actually need to? Are there still people out there proclaiming that games aren’t art, and if so, do any of their opinions matter all that much?
Seems we have a Discourse. Disco Elysium is the best opportunity gamers have to convince non-gamers that games are art. I’ve converted half a dozen.

I'm having a rough go of it lately, and have been thinking: everyone is going through something, and you have no idea what it is, or how it's affecting them.

While the #ateez concert was fun, I don't think I'll be doing this again... I'm too broke and disabled to be driving or riding or flying anywhere to see live music (outside of a 15-30 min drive) when I could enjoy the same thing in the comfort of my home with zero screaming. Guess I'm getting old...
