Lil personal #fitness goal update after some cardiac scares back in Oct '24. (all good now)

Cleared 140kg for 3 on both my DL and my Squat.
100kg for 1 on Bench.
Mile time is creeping back towards 9m, at 11m now.
Down 3 inches on waist since starting.

Feelin' good.

That is how it felt, incoherent. No context on any of the characters, just "Here is God" and a ton of violent scenes, roll credits.

I plan on giving the show a real watch through but dang you could feel the funding evaporate as each second passed in that finale.

Went to watch Preacher for the first time.

Booted it up. Watched the whole episode.

It was the series finale and I rolled through the whole thing without even thinking about it.
