In his sleek, slim, humanoid form, there was no proof that he had ever been anything else, that he once owned colossal, feathered wings. He rested his hands on his back, closer to his hips, up on his waist. Not a bit of muscle, or a knot of vestigial bone to tell him as much, just smooth, uninterrupted skin, human-passing in shape and silhouette. Falco could have been lying to him; it would have been easy to think that he was.
But Azra knew what Falco said was true.
Because he remembered.

A latent six-pack he had to starve and dehydrate himself to define for photoshoots rippled when he flexed his trim waist.

The infamous crystalline blue of his Six Eyes, though, remained hidden behind his sunglasses.

His partner-for-the-night had inquired teasingly after them when, at the beginning of the night, Satoru quickly shucked his entire wardrobe save for them. Satoru had only responded with a cryptic smile and pushed him back on the bed.

Consciously, Satoru tilted his head to present a sharper angle of his jaw, to shorten his nose, lengthen the line of his long neck. The words rolled unbidden like a mental marquee sign; Find the light. Emphasize your collarbones. Arch your back.
