Sometimes i open the window and let them realize how cold it is before closing it again. It can def backfire tho bc they are mini radiators and love watching the birds

working as a volunteer lead where the average age of my team is above 60 is making me insane. I send out several emails regarding scheduling months in advance and u tell me *the day of* that u cant do ur shift and don't remember signing up??? God christ almighty
