Anybody with a modicum of healthcare knowledge would know that gender-affirming care has a measurable impact on their lives. Namely, it saves them. 🏳️⚧️

She's getting ultra-gerrymandered out of her Rep seat, so why not take the shot.

None of these people were ‘enemy combatants’.
They were suspected drug smugglers until proven to be guilty in a fair trial.
Without that, they were murdered.
That is all.
