You’re not wrong. But the film industry, and especially audiences, are much better off if Mike & Pam not only keep their jobs but have the power to green-light what they want. Their taste and their appetite for taking risks is not replaceable. Hopefully they’ve had enough recent hits to offset OBAA.

The night before shooting a pivotal scene, Tilly suddenly demanded an entirely new version, leading to an all-nighter of rewriting, only for her to improvise her own version once cameras were rolling. It was 95% unusable nonsense, thus the clunky ADR in the final cut. I'll never work with her again!
