Le temps des demi-mesures et des promesses vides est révolu. Les obligations climatiques des états ne sont pas négociables, il s’agit d’impératifs juridiquement contraignants qui doivent être respectés si nous voulons préserver une planète vivable pour les générations présentes et futures.

La CIJ s’est exprimée. La decision est claire. La crise climatique exige une action immédiate, et les défenseurs de l’environnement doivent être protégés et responsabilisés, et non persécutés.

⚖️ 📣 La décision rendue hier par la CIJ nous rappelle que les défenseurs de l’environnement ne sont pas des extrémistes ou des criminels, mais des gardiens du droit international. Ils sont la voix des générations futures qui rappellent aux états leurs obligations légales de protéger la planète.
