I recognize this is a joke but I honestly would trust Hank Green with 30 minutes of research over just about any political group or institution that is likely to be involved.
If the folks setting up the new government in Syria want some ideas, I've looked into the situation for the last half hour or so and I think I could help. DMs are open.

Just read an interesting study out of Semmelweis U in Hungary.
They found those born in the winter are less prone to irritability compared to those born in other seasons.
However, those born in autumn have a lower tendency toward depressive temperament.
Good news for the cold weather b-day crew.
