The entire AI industry is still in the wild west stage. At some point, one would hope, the energy consumed will drop as efficiency improves.

Can we please start screening individuals who want to start social media companies for dark triad personality traits?
The major sites are all run by either socially maladapted individuals or psychopaths. Regardless, you are only a resource to them due to their lack of empathy.

The apocalypse is near. Today is the first time I have taken my aunt out to a medical appointment (1 of way too many) and she did not complain it's cold nor want a coat.

All the money we spend on ICE, border patrols, immigration processing, and god knows what else, could be used to improve the countries the immigrants are coming from. You know, maybe stabilize the governments, improve their economy to create a mutually beneficial trading partner. Just a thought.
