i often think about how there's a constant society-wide hysteria about pedophilia and simultaneously when actual sexual abuse of children happens people mostly just kind of shrug, like "oh well, what can you do" and if anything help cover it up

look I know it'd be easy to just let it go now that we're on the other side of it but guess what that's exactly how this charade has gone on for so long we simply cannot let them continue getting away with this

deranged meme text with badly edited sloppy inconsistent fonts and messy images. gives conspiracy theory vibes. title:
stop doing daylight savings time
• clocks were not supposed to be changed
• years of time lies yet no real-world use found for pretending it's a different hour
• wanted to be offset by an hour ? we had a tool for that: it was called “cross a time zone line"
• "yes please give me an hour that doesn't happen. please give me the same hour twice" - statements dreamed up by the utterly deranged
look at what daylight savings have been demanding your respect for all this time, with all the calendars and clocks we built for them (countries that do it can't even do it the same date or every state)
illustration shows US and European clock changes are different dates and also that Arizona doesn't do it even though the rest of states in US around it do.
“hello i would like international and interstate clocks to be a different time zone adjustment at random times of year please" they have played us for absolute fools.

it feels like a reaction between the worst of parasocial streamer obsession and needing to justify llms by making them out to be more groundbreaking or ethical than they actually are,
that feedback loops into utter unhingedness and "what if my fav streamer is the AI Singularity actually"
