yea! sometimes i cant even handle normal 1:1 conversations (especially in the mornings) cause its too overwhelming L(_ _L)

happy things do help, or just isolating myself and slowly increasing volume of music gradually
(or taking a nap and hoping my brain resets. turn it off and on again!!)

for reasons (verti) i am at an opera (romeo and juliet)

i have worn noise cancelling headphones all day. and removed them

immediately overwhelmed by idle chattering in the theatre and music rehearsals

it is one of those days. this does not bode well for the opera experience.

it's weird here... it was like 20-25C a little ago, then like 12C and i woke up and it was 4C???

im glad its hoodie weather again but i dont want to have to wear pants!!!!
i need it to just stay at like 15-20C or something
