Half the amount that everyone currently pays could provide universal healthcare. Private health companies don’t need to exist. Eliminate them. And use your collective buying power and economies of scale to get it done. Every cent of their profit is healthcare denied.

The idea that paperwork for Medicaid and Medicare is worse than private insurance is so hilarious is made me almost spit my coffee out. Anyone who actually *works* in medical billing will laugh out loud.
Do you realize how big a business Medicare and Medicaid is for PRIVATE insurance companies ?
That doctors are already quitting because what Medicaid and Medicare pays them is too low and the paper work is an overwhelming time and dollar suck ?
