I dunno, $15 for cutscenes I watched on YouTube and mostly hated seems pretty steep. Mods have existed since probably day 1 to restore the song "Bubble" to the intro.
And I don't like how they've left out the GOG version.

No, these are both problems that need solving. Getting rid of the stupid trucks and SUVs, while wonderful for many other reasons, will not solve the headlight problem. I've been blinded by plenty of sedans and hatchbacks with HID or LED headlights too.
Yes, HID headlights are very bright but the bigger problem is the proliferation of gargantuan vehicles with 5’+ hood heights so that if you’re driving a normal sized car their headlights are at your eye level rather than seat level like they’re supposed to be.
