It’s been three months since I started HRT. Trying hard not to get discouraged as no changes at all. Not even mood or skin or any of the minor first signs. I know it takes time but…I have no idea what to do next.

It’s been three weeks since HRT. And honestly complete lack of well anything it feels like so far. It’s only been three weeks so trying to alway stay positive. And it’s a marathon not a sprint. Takes time etc. but at moments would really love to have something to point to and see

Week 2 down since starting HRT. It’s really hard waiting on these changes to show up :).

Well...just took my first dose of Estradiol! My HRT journey begins! Fingers crossed this works out well :)

Ok, joined..added a bunch of people following on twitter, and hopefully this doesn't become me just lurking. HOPE to get the nerve up to start HRT soon so following a bunch of inspiring other trans I look up to hopefully helps next stages :)
