Write to your representatives, push for the IRGC to be placed on the terrorist list, for freezing the regime’s assets abroad, for expelling their “diplomats”, and for closing their embassies.
The fires of Tehran light hope in hearts across the world. How can the rest of us individuals help?

Today, @europarl.europa.eu debates #Iran & will vote on a resolution Thursday.

We're fighting for Parliament to adopt clear demands that condemn the regime’s violence, show full solidarity with protestors & political prisoners and hold those responsible accountable:

There is a flood of videos showing people chanting “Death to Khamenei” during the regime’s fireworks display marking the anniversary of the 1979 revolution.

I wanted to post about this roughly in a bit as well. The purging of reformists has always been an open secret and petty bickering has always been there too, but smth about this one feels different especially considering that it’s concerning info about the crackdown.

The 40-day mark after a death is significant for Iranians. It was one of the main catalysts of the 1979 revolution and also helped sustain the 2009 and 2021–2022 protests.

Despite the hostile and dangerous atmosphere in Iran, it could still help trigger another wave of protests.

The anniversary is right by the 40 day mark since a lot of the deaths, and while I can't say for certain that something will kick off, don't be surprised if anything does.
Tomorrow is the anniversary of the 1979 revolution and the Islamic regime is doing everything it can to make the event as grand and crowded as possible.

That includes forcing the victims' families to participate in it in return for legal representation, visitation rights, and expedited processing.

These days we’re seeing a lot of infighting within the regime. It’s nothing definitive yet, but it has become more common and, importantly, more public.

Nationwide situation in Iran, today, per Ilia Hashemi:

Bodies of protesters are still being handed to families. Some were returned after a month, while signs on others suggest they were killed recently.

Arrests continue and detainees’ conditions are unknown. Their lives are in serious danger.
