I'm genuinely lost on why the original FF7 is locked at 4:3 30FPS on the Nintendo Switch, and dips down to 15 for cutscemes and combat. They went through all the effort to give the port cloud saves (at least on Steam), but can't be bothered to make it 60FPS?

After waiting two weeks for my preorder to come to fruition, I can now finally spend the 60 hours necessary to play the two games that are prerequisites for Final Fantasy 7 Remake, according to my friend who's an FF nerd.

I was scared #MarathonTheGame would be overpriced, but at $40 I definitely plan to pick it up at some point. I thought the playtest in Sept was super fun.

The sole reason I'm not mad about this happening for the *fourth* time is that apparently the current batch SUCKS.
Which should not be an acceptable reason, given that they delayed it the first time so the sucky statue *didn't* suck.
