The exploit has nothing to do with the AI features, this is a a markdown exploit lol. I mean still, 'why are you fucking up notepad for no reason' but lets not make shit up
The AI features added to Notepad created a critical exploit vulnerable to loading a compromised txt file.
The fix is part of Patch Tuesday, so update your systems.

I understand why people are exhausted by AI hype, and why those of us squarely in the corner of "human dignity uber alles" see AI doomerism as self-serving hype, but I *really* think people on the left broadly need to start thinking seriously about the possibiltiy of the hype being...true.
