My very first photo taken on the camera in Arizona. We took the scenic route up 89a (terrifying but fun) over Mingus Mountain, and then down into Jerome, AZ. Just before Jerome, there is a scenic overlook where you can unclench your jaw. I highly recommend it : )

Spent a few days visiting Jerome, Arizona (and surrounding areas) and it was a great trip. I’ll share the non-phone pics once I go through them. It was a beautiful place with kind people.

Today was supposed to be an employee appreciation day for our company, but I can’t say I’m feeling too appreciated. I was told I need to help fix coworker drama that I didn’t cause, asked to redo a huge project at the 11th hour, and designed a thank you card for the event that I was left off of.

Yeah, that sucks and I hate it. Advil and ice right away, alternate to heat/ice/heat, gentle stretching if it doesn’t hurt, then cardio (if it doesn’t hurt). Somehow, that usually fixes it for me.

To have time to chit chat and not feel like you’re losing valuable time to get the mountain of work chipped away at is something I haven’t had in a very long time.

Well that sounds terrible. We only have the 30 min status meeting each morning, but I had to sit through two meetings (an hour or more each) to talk about fixing and relaunching a productivity tool that everyone hates but we paid for two years ago.

Saw the business name, “Over the Moon Rentals” and the logo was a moon exploding into confetti. I thought that was a bizarre choice and decided to come up with more names of my own.
