Said it before and I’ll say it again. Simon Hooper is one of the worst referees I’ve seen. Missed the blatant red for Chalobah. Missed the blatant penalty for the kick to Minteh’s head in real time. (The VAR debate is separate. But that was shocking too). But on Hooper, simply appalling. #bhafc

Not entirely sure this is what @accordingtojond.bsky.social and @gralefrit.bsky.social had in mind when they encouraged tonight’s watch along, but I guess it provides an interesting contrast to Elliott’s tortured railway operative. #signalman
I am a railway signalman in an area with steam trains passing through; I, and several of my colleagues, try to signal dirty freight trains through the adjacent line in time to block people photographing steamer. Annoying train spotters is easily the most fun we have working.

@mrchrisaddison.bsky.social Great advice from Mr Addison about opting out of the upcoming Gov emergency alerts. I’d just say that you actually need to search in ‘notifications’ on an iPhone. Simply searching ‘emergency alerts’ won’t show it straight away.
