Just watched and freakin loved Ready Or Not. We laughed constantly! Samantha was badass but like a believable, grounded badass. So damn good. Looking forward to the sequel in a couple months!

Toronto premiere of Honey Bunch (2025), intriguing 70s gothic horror vibey movie, disturbing but ultimately has a core of love. Recommended if you’re looking to watch something very different from typical fare.

First-time watch and oh my god. I didn’t quite believe it when I saw on IMDb that Requiem for a Dream is “considered one of the darkest, most hopeless and bleakest movies in cinema history.” But holy god. Thanks @Lionsgate I may never get rid of these images from my brain.

I’ve never ever been into steak but I’m rather proud of myself for having cooked my very first steak. My wife tasted it and proclaimed it to have been cooked perfectly!

Oh my lordy, I do like colourful bevvies! Called the Purple Reign, this was super yummy, a mixture of gin, lemonade, rose tonic, and pea flower. Enjoyed it at Bramble Gastropub with family brunch. :-)
