Do Not Obey In Advance

DO use Alt Text!

Video-only is click-bait.

I am ABSOLUTELY antifa. I want little to do with anyone who is "profa".

No BS - crypto, 'influencers', sales, accounts w/stock pics of middle-aged dudes but zero posts = block.
Hm.

This. Shame on everyone who does it. You're hurting real, disabled people to "stick it to The Man".

You're on the internet. That means The Man already trawled your dataz.
Some are suggesting you deliberately write inaccurate or confusing alt text, because they say this confuses AI scrapers that are analyzing images.

The purpose of alt text is to help people who cannot see the image. Deliberately misrepresenting the image is a gross misuse of alt text. Don't do it.

Pretty sure "poppers" weren't even around in the 1930s (yes) when HIV/AIDS was first noticed.
He’s not wrong
There is zero evidence that “poppers” cause AIDS.

There is increasing evidence that RFK Jr. causes preventable childhood diseases and deaths.

When I try to articulate my opinion about all this, I end up sounding like a fully apoplectic Yosemite Sam.
Himes: "This shows Steve Witkoff almost literally sitting side with the Russians on this ... it's unimaginable to consider the fact that you would propose a peace deal that the Ukrainians didn't even know about."

She was, what, in kindergarten when she was moved to the US?

She's also DACA - which Trump's first presidency made her unable to complete her legal residency paperwork in time - and has been actively trying to follow all the confusing and oft-contradictory laws.
“After Ferreira was detained, Dos Santos Rodrigues said Michael Leavitt Sr. and his father, Bob Leavitt, reached out to her.”

“‘They just kept saying, ‘Tell her to self-deport,’” she recalled. “Self-deport to where? Brazil is not her home.’” www.bostonglobe.com/2025/11/26/m...

If the state of Delaware prohibited companies incorporated there from spending on elections in any way, Citizens United would be dead in the water.

Delaware incorporates more companies than any other state.

It’s a blue state. Let’s get cracking on moving Delaware lawmakers on this!

Ma'am, those of us in other countries are calling it what it is. We have been for a year. Internet platforms are world-wide, not just USA.

The real question is: what are you and your colleagues - people with actual power - doing to stop it in its tracks?
What would you call this if you saw it happening in another country?

What exactly is it gonna take for Americans to kick him to the curb?

Like seriously. I know a lot of Americans actively do not want *waves hands* this.

But what's it going to take?

Everyone's afraid of a dotard.

The emperor has no clothes.
In case you missed this, the BBC edited a historian's speech about Trump to remove the claim that he's "the most openly corrupt president in US history." This came after Trump had threatened a $1 billion lawsuit.

Elite capitulation continues.

Read all about it here:

Trump Angrily Threatened to Sue BBC. Then Things Took a Darker Turn.
First, British Broadcasting Corporation execs resigned after Trump complained about a segment. Now the BBC edited out a line from a historian that was critical of Trump. Where does this end?

"It tells you we are measuring starvation."

Author's description of 'the poverty line'.
A good article on the real poverty line. The growing gap between the super rich and everyone else gets bigger every day. It is having serious political and social consequences.

People need to understand how deeply eugenicist this is.

They’re insinuating that if you “take care of yourself” you will be healthy and should get affordable healthcare.

Disabled people can’t “healthy living” their way out of being disabled.

It’s not a moral failing.

We need healthcare too
Markwayne Mullin on healthcare: "What the president would like to do is say, hey, if you take care of yourself -- you don't smoke, you don't dip, you're not drinking, you're not overweight, you're working out -- then you should pay less than the guy that obviously is not taking care of himself."

Never forget these facts.
Immigrants aren’t taking your homes, they’re building them.

Immigrants aren’t driving food costs up, they’re working to put it on our tables.

Immigrants aren’t making healthcare unaffordable, they go without it.

Billionaires are driving the affordability crisis. Not immigrants.
