I think we have to remember that diehard MAGA isn’t likely to be penetrated (except by their cousins) anytime soon.

I think that’s very likely. Too many people have seen what’s really in those files to keep this contained forever. I suspect they wanted to see how DOJ responded prior to leaking them.
