It’s so annoying that we all have to just continually point out how rules around/between decorum and violation are applied asymmetrically to vulnerable groups versus the people who are always hassling them, and it’s extra insulting that the people in charge are trying to lol it away.

highly recommend linda barry's book What It Is, on the creative process and relearning Play as a non-negotiable part of that relationship with making. i go back to it when i work myself into a tizzy and stop having fun. always works
