I'm tired of pretending the bottom method isn't superior in all respects.
Expecting me to measure the distance and then somehow get the model under the template without giving extra movement instead of just slapping down the template and putting it at the other end.
Example of movement from Infinity N5, top example is Front to Front of the model. Bottom example is Front to Back of the model

@fortifiedniche.bsky.social are y'all reading this? It's been truly fascinating so far. It has an underlying thesis, I think, that being involved in a minis game is a predominantly hobby oriented experience, not a game play oriented. Maybe the rules are the guts, but hobby is the spine and heart.

This #mini took 3 kits, resin 3d printed parts, and a dremel tool (to cut the helmet off a mono pose model) but I think it worked out.
My plan in the coming weeks is to provide a sort of "recipe" for making a fireteam in this style.

Here's another favorite #DOOM mod of mine. Unseen Evil turns any DOOM wad into DOOM 64 by changing the music, enemies, weapons, and textures. This includes the enemies that were originally missing from 64.

One of my favorite #DOOM mods. This has been a big inspiration to me. It has a completely new arsenal, a bunch of new enemies, and some amazing maps.

30+ solo play-test in 8 weeks and I needed to see the thing outside of my own brain. Had great help today and test went great. We got double the gaming in the same time so it is definitely faster! Had some real strong tactics from the players today.
