There also needs to be some changes to the constitution.

1. Any convict for any crime of personal violence or for any crime of financial mismanagement or fraud is ineligible to hold the office of President or Speaker of the House, even if they have received a Presidential Pardon.

He was the source for the "they're eating the cats. They're eating the dogs" story --- about a town, in his own state, that needed immigrants with a work ethic and was happy they came.
