We're grateful to both campaigns for engaging with us and answering our questions.

In our view, @lucympowell.bsky.social is the deputy leadership candidate that is better placed to advocate for trans rights within Labour.

Ballots will begin to drop tomorrow for Labour Party members and other eligible electors.

We think pretty soon but it all depends on discussions within government. I suspect the government will try to hold off until after the deputy leadership contest because it would draw attention to Bridget Phillipson in a way that would hurt her standing among the Labour membership.

My MP @alexsobel.co.uk is already a firm ally, but there are many essentially decent Labour MPs who don't yet have all the facts and just need a bit of nudging.

I am sickened by today’s attack in Manchester. Antisemitism is on the rise around the world, and we must do all we can to stomp it out. I am grateful to first responders and congregants who showed incredible bravery, and I am praying for those who were killed.
