Thanks to your episode with Dr. Mary Clare Haver, I was empowered to further research HRT and ultimately ask my doctor to do a trial. It's been a life saver! I'm an 'older' mother having my daughter at 34 and started having perimenopause symptoms shortly after birth.

After going off my biotin for a month, my test came back with levels similar to what I was at in my 20's. Fortunately, I was able to go to my doctor and say, I think I'm in perimenopause, these are the things I've ruled out.

I'm a woman in my late 30's who did my own research and ruled out various other possibilities for my symptoms including Thyroid because my levels had been steady throughout my 20's and into my 30s, then had a test show a huge slow down in thyroid.

Just finished your recent episode on hormones, wanted to share something about testing your Thyroid hormones. My daughter's endocrinologist told me to stop taking my biotin for 2 or more weeks before testing my thyroid. Apparently the biotin can mess with the tests. 1/2

When will Congress and other politicians invoke the 25th Amendment? Our country is being held hostage by a corrupt President and his goons. I've been asking how an antagonist President who fanned the flames insurrection could become president for a second term. Are you asking these same questions?👇🏼
