40 units of affordable housing proposed in Portsmouth!
- 40 condos, with a mix of 1s, 2s, 3s, and 4s
- all units are from 50% AMI to 120% AMI
- future sellers must sell at the same % AMI they originally bought at
- 63 parking spaces
- sewer and stormwater handled on site

Beautiful evening w/ @parkingreform.org! We learned a lot about what is possible when the high costs of excess parking are considered. Parking reform is not only an important piece of the housing puzzle– taking a closer look can improve climate outcomes, and support transportation initiatives.
