Fuck, and I'm hoping to move there later this year...
A few days ago an administrative tribunal invalidated the generalized 30 km/h limit established by the city of Bologna.

The ruling regards the method used by the city, a single ordinance covering the whole city rather than a street-by-street evaluation as demanded by the road code.

Whether it's illegal to say it or not (?), Israel is quite clearly committing genocide in Palestine. The Australian government (but not the Australian people) is quite clearly supporting it. And our farce of a democracy is being further eroded so people don't speak this truth.

Tough gun laws are such an embedded part of Australia’s national mythos, remarkable to see bipartisan commitment to them disappear with virtually zero backlash because the media is more focused on making sure the Coalition votes for Israel-lobby backed hate speech laws.

And while we are helping the USA help israel commit genocide.
Time to end AUKUS, remove US bases and chart an independent, principled and safe defence and foreign policy for Australia. Cringing in fear under the tattered US umbrella while it’s being used to beat up US allies is no longer a credible plan.
