He won this round and I would totally eat this/attempt to recreate this, mad scientist mode.
The semi finale has the chefs cook without breaks where they have 30 minutes to make tofu meals and a person gets eliminated every round. Edward Lee lost his mind and made a tofu raclette.

Tofu is such a Ditto bitch. Watching Culinary Class Wars got me fucked up seeing chefs cook whole chicken meals just to drain the grease and make these tofu dishes in this death match finale. My disdain for the food grows with each dish.
