I buy raw walnuts and ferment them. I do that to all my nuts actually. Better for digestion and body gets more of the nutrients present in the nut.

Alcohol is a class 1 carcinogen. No amount is safe.
If the gov is going to regulate heavily anything, it should be alcohol! Alcohol costs Canadians billions of dollars a year in deaths,injuries,violence related to alcohol to include murder,just to name a few reasons!

I am making a stretch meal my mom taught me.
Turkey burger,mixed frozen veg,chopped creminis,chopped onion,chopped,fermented walnuts(xtra protien)
chopped slaw mix,gluten-free macaroni,two eggs,Worchester sauce and other spices,and some water for xtra moisture. Grated cheese will go on top to broil
