26 packages went out today. It takes more than double the amount of time to prepare shipments compared to last year. It took 5 solid hours to get these boxed and labelled and consolidated.

We've set up a new carrier, Chit Chats to handle shipments.
We can now avoid paying the IEEPA 35% tariffs to ship our orders to the USA.
They will also handle our Canadian and International shipments while CUPW is on strike.

Good News for once:
All 3 of our test shipments with ChitChats are now in USPS's hands. So they got across the border, no tariffs needed since they were accepted under CUSMA, and have expected delivery dates of the end of next week. So it'll take about 2 weeks for delivery with them.
